Shaburi and Kintan Buffet is a two-in-one Japanese dining concept by Dining Innovation Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd, offering two restaurants at one spot — Shaburi, which specialises in shabu shabu and Kintan, with its premium Japanese BBQ.

At Dining Innovation, our motto is to bring Japanese food culture to the world. By combining Shaburi and Kintan Buffet dining concepts under one roof, we’re able to take our vision further and let diners have more quality choices.
Shaburi provides each guest with their own hot pot for shabu shabu (from $12.80). We provide a selection of side dishes such as sushi rolls, chawanmushi, chicken karaage and more.
Our highlight dishes include the konbu, which is a Japanese seaweed broth; sukiyaki, which is a savoury sweet sauce served with mirin; and paitan karamiso that serves paitan collagen soup with spicy miso. We offer various buffet options that start from $19.80 for lunch and $26.80 for dinner.

Kintan on the other hand offers dishes in yakiniku style with meats selected from U.S. and Australia, alongside a variety of more than 40 side dishes, vegetables and sauces such as spicy miso and garlic and cheese curry flavored dips. We also offer buffet lunch (from $22.80) and dinner (from $28.80). A la carte meat plate sets are also available from $12.80.

Both dining concepts are thriving in the countries they’re operating in and we’re looking forward to work with franchisees or local business partners to expand our 2-in-1 Shaburi and Kintan Buffet concept with us.
